 CGL Farms welcomes you to their website. We are located in the heart of Texas and we extend a heartful invitation for you to visit us and see what many years of breeding and selection can do. Having been so blessed with the genetics and support of my parents, W.E. and Carolyn Whitehead of T4 Ranch, CGL Farms will offer for the first time a collection of some of the most outstanding colored boer goats today.
Genetics are one of the most important components of success today and since their historic dispersal sale in 2005 my parents have graciously allowed us to continue on with their famous bloodlines. We all have spent countless hours in our pens and pastures searching for the right breeding combinations. We feel we are now ready to join the rest of the boer goat community and hope that we too will be able to make a mark on an industry my parents loved so much.
Loving what you do is only a small part of agriculture but perhaps the most important. It makes the time you spend working your heart out so worth it.
